Cancellation And Refund Policy

At Intercontinental Holiday, we are dedicated to providing exceptional services to our valued members while striving to achieve our organizational objectives. With a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and member welfare, we have established a comprehensive refund policy to ensure transparency and fairness in all transactions.

All members are hereby informed that any requests for refunds related to vacation package amounts will be processed strictly in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined in the executed Vacation Purchase Agreement. This agreement serves as the governing document for all refund-related matters, ensuring that members adhere to the stated policies while maintaining a fair and structured process.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY 

  • If the Second Party gives written intimation within 7 days from the date of purchase of the said Agreement than the full consideration as paid by the Second Party to First Party shall be transferred to the Second Party.

  • If the Second Party gives written intimation between 8 to 10 days from the date of purchase of the said Agreement then only the administration charges and the governmental charges will be deduct and rest amount will be transferred to the Second Party.    

  • If the Second Party gives written intimation between 10 to 15 days from the date of purchase of the said Agreement then straight deduction of 30% of the Total cost and government taxes will be done by the First Party and rest amount will be transferred to the Second Party    

  • If the Second Party gives written intimation between 15 to 30 days from the date of purchase of the said Agreement then straight deduction of 40% of the Total cost and government taxes will be done by the First Party and rest amount will be transferred to the Second Party    

  • If the Second Party gives written intimation between 30 to 60 days from the date of purchase of the said Agreement then straight deduction of 60% of the Total cost and government taxes will be done by the First Party and rest amount will be transferred to the Second Party    

  • If the Second Party gives written intimation between 60 to 90 days from the date of purchase of the said Agreement then straight deduction of 75% of the Total cost and government taxes will be done by the First Party and rest amount will be transferred to the Second Party.    

  • If the Second Party gives written intimation after the expiry of 90 days from the date of purchase of the said Agreement then the amount will be non-refundable under any circumstances. Note: The remaining amount after the aforesaid deductions will be credited to the Second Party in 90 working days directly.
