Refund Policy



  1. Cooling-Off: Within ten (10) days from the earlier of :

    1. Signup Date
    2. Realization of Down Payment

    The Client may request withdrawal by a signed written notice received at the registered office. Administrative charges of 30% of Package Tariff, banking/ processing charges (e.g.,2%), and Taxes are deductible.

  2. Post-Cooling-Off: After ten (10) days, withdrawal attracts.

    • 50% administrative deduction of Package Tariff
    • deduction for consumed/availed offers or benefits
    • additional deduction of 15% per year beyond one year

    3. Confirmed bookings are non-refundable and deemed consumed on no-show


  3. Termination for Cause: The Company may suspend/terminate for non-payment, breach of rules, abuse/ misconduct, or violation of law. Upon termination, amounts paid may be forfeited to the extent permissible by law.

    4. All refunds (if any based upon above policy) shall be processed within ninety(90) days without interest.
